Resources For Outreach

Suubi Centre and Clinic holds outreach sessions in surrounding communities so as to get vital educational information to as many people as possible. These include family planning, malaria awareness, organic farming methods etc. Resources required include flip charts, teaching aids and printing of handout pamphlets. 

 
Fuel

Fuel is one of the major expenses at our project in Uganda and is vital to make many things happen; from fuel for transportation of critically ill patients or outreach sessions and school visits, right through to running the generator in the clinic when power goes out.

 
Website Hosting

$35

Website hosting is one of very few administrative expenses that we have to cover here in Australia. It helps us to keep HUG supporters up to date on what is being achieved in Uganda and is vital in providing information to new donors and possible volunteers.

 
Reams of Paper

$7.50 each

Reams of paper are required for the printing of medical records and handout sheets during various educational sessions run by Suubi Centre and Clinic

 

General Stationary

$15

A variety of stationary such as pens, white board markers, highlighters, scissors, glue and staplers are required for the day to day running of Suubi Centre and Clinic.

 

Printer Cartridges

$95 each

Replacement cartridges for the printer at Suubi Centre are required to print medical records, hand out pamphlets and educational material for computer classes.
