Spray pumps

Spray pumps for organic fertiliser are used at schools where we are installing organic gardens. Making liquid fertiliser on site is one of the skills we teach and encourage the schools to use. It is a cost effective way of feeding and maintaining a sustainable garden. |

Organic Training With
6 Uni Students

Training in the development of organic schools is enhanced when university students can spend a good length of time with students. Funding this training will allow six university students to spend a week within a school community. |

Jerricans

A jerrican is the lifeline for all Ugandans to access water. Unlike us, who simple turn a tap to to see water run freely, Ugandans learn from a very young age the art of walking, often long distances, with a jerican to collect water for their families needs. |

10,000 litre Water Tanks

Water is so often taken for granted by those of us that are lucky enough to turn on a tap and have it run freely. By providing water tanks for schools in Uganda as part of our school organic garden program we not only provide a reliable water source so the garden can flourish but it also eradicates the need for students to walk, often many kilometres, to collect water for drinking. |

Tank Installation
$300
Installation of a water tank includes building the base for the tank to stand on and the fitting of spouting to the roof line of available structures. This enables precious rainfall to be captured and water is then directed into the tank ready for use. |
